MY STORY
I was a builder from 19 to 24. Hands on, learning the trade, pricing jobs on Post-It notes. At 24, I started my own construction business and figured out the hard way what it actually costs to run one — cash flow, quoting, managing people, chasing invoices.
From 28, I built RapidQS — a quantity surveying business that now operates across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. 2,000+ jobs. 118 five-star reviews. A team of real surveyors delivering real results.
Along the way I learned social media, AI, growth strategy, and what it means to give the right partners equity. I’m 33 now. Living in Montenegro. And everything I learned the hard way — I’ve turned into a structured system for trade business owners who are exactly where I was.
